Be sure to pay the lot rent. It is $285 per month and that includes $245 lot rent, $25 for the garage and $15 for the camper. It is due on the 1st of the month so I have probably already paid it for this month so you don't have to worry unless it gets to be the first of the next month. If you do have to pay the rent, transfer the money from my account to your account and then go to the credit union and ask them for a check. Have them make it out to Hammond Estates and reference Lot 42. Put the check in an envelope and put it in the green rent drop box by our garage.

* Most of the rest of the bills will come in the mail, so just check our post office box 134 at the post office. You have a key on your key ring and there is one on mine also.
* My passwords are in the ziploc bag hanging on the wall by the computer.
* If I die, you will want to notify Social Security right away My social security benefits are directly deposited into my checking account and may have to be repaid. Check by calling the Ames social security office at 515-233-1325
* You will be entitled to benefits from TIAA-CREF. Go to the website for information.
* My student loans are cancelled on my death, so DO NOT pay anything to Sallie Mae.
* I have a life insurance policy for $100,000 through the Iowa State Bar Association. It is administered by Reliastar. Make sure you apply for and receive that benefit.
* I have a small amount of money with MetLife. There is a folder at the office called Holden Group with that information. It is only about $400.
* DO NOT pay any credit card bills. Those are in my name and you do not have to pay those.
* Deeds to all of our vehicles including the trailer and the camper are in the book safe at the office. The key is in the desk drawer.
* The office rent is $225 per month and is due on the 15th. It is to be paid to R & C Investors and mailed to them at 1907 Polk, Ames, IA 50010. They are set up as a payee in bill pay in my credit union account.
* The rent on the storage unit is $65 per month and is due the 1st of the month. It is paid to Southside Storage and they are also set up as a payee in bill pay in my credit union. account.
* The rent for storing the Bravada is $50 per month and is paid to Adams Cycles. They are also set up as a payee in bill pay in my credit union account.
* It will be up to you whether you want to keep the office or anything in it, if I die. The same goes for the storage units and the Bravada.
* If you decide not to keep renting the office, send one month's written notice to R & C Investors. Southside Storage needs 2 weeks notice. Have Carney's on South Duff tow away the Bravada and do not pay any more to Adams Cycles (unless you want to keep the Bravada.)
* Principal has been paying me disability benefits, but they have not been paying until I send them a monthly report, so just send an email to Seda.Daniel@principal.com
